Left Brain-Right Brain Test

Via Buck, here's a visual test that's supposed to tell if you're left brained or right brained, based on your perception of a moving image.

UPDATE: or maybe not.

no matter how i tried, i could NOT make the image change direction. does that mean my Left brain is barely functioning??? should i see a doctor??

wow. Counterclockwise is very easy, clockwise much less so. So I'm right-brained.

Joe, I found that the direction changed on it's own if I looked away, or if I blinked at the right time.

Very interesting, though now I almost feel dizzy (and it makes me think of iPod commercials, fancy that!

How the hell can you see it going counter-clockwise. It's blatantly going clockwise if you think about it... I don't understand..

Wes, when I first looked at her, she was going counter clockwise and I could not get myself to see her going clockwise. But then I looked at something else for a moment and all of a sudden, she changed direction, I couldn't get myself to see her going counter-clockwise. Now, if I stare at her long enough, she does change direction, but it does help to move my gaze from place to place.

Joe, yes. Definitely see a doctor. I think you're having a stroke. ;-D

Clockwise for me but I could also see it go the other direction if I took my eyes off it. Makes you wonder what else out there in the world that we see every day is not as it really is but only as we perceive it. Perhaps this explains why Europeans drive on the wrong side of the road.
