Park Güell

I never did finish with my Spain photos. I'd gotten through Madrid and Toledo by the time I left for Florida a few weeks ago, which left off just as I was getting to my favorite Spanish city, Barcelona.

The first place we visited when we got to Barcelona was Park Güell. The park, designed by Antoni Gaudí, sits at the top of a hill and it was a bit of a trek after getting off the metro. Then once we got there, we climbed and climbed, up paths and stairs...

...until we reached the top of the park, where we enjoyed this amazing view (click on the image for a much larger view!).

Wow! That park is something I'd like to see for myself!
