Meatball Soup

I'm really glad to have a whole kitchen again. We didn't unpack everything at the transitional home we lived in for a few months this summer/fall, and it could be awfully hard to cook there (you'd never know when you'd have to go digging through boxes to find some special pan or appliance). This house has a great kitchen and we've been doing a lot of cooking now that we're mostly finished with the unpacking part of the move (there are still all those boxes of books, but we're going to need bookshelves before they get emptied).

Tonight we had meatball soup, from a recipe I got from my awesome realtor (a.k.a. AuctionBoy). I really like the food photos I see at a few of my regular blog stops (Daffodil Lane and the Traveler's Lunchbox both have lots of drool-worthy pictures). So, I figured I'd give it a try.

Mmmmm... yummy soup!
