Select 5 people to tag
I'm going to skip the tag and rely on volunteers, since this one has been around the block a few times already.

What were you doing 10 years ago?

Enjoying a pretty snowy winter, at least by Chattanooga standards.

What were you doing 1 year ago?
Pulling apart the washing machine and fighting battles that continue into today.

What were you doing 1 hour ago?
Watching The West Wing.

List five creative things you want to achieve this year:
Win a few elections in this district; start decorating a new house; take more pottery classes; get the herb garden going again in the spring; write much more than I've managed to do recently.

List five snacks you enjoy:
Chocolate, cheese, nuts & twigs (that's what we call our homemade trail mix), corn chips & salsa + nacho cheese, popcorn.

List five things you would do if money were no object:

Finance progressive campaigns, start an activist center, invest in neighborhood businesses, build a green home, host a family reunion somewhere really cool.

List five bad habits:
Oh, gosh... I've given up most of those already... hrmmm... chewing on ice, going overboard on the chocolate, chewing on my fingers, giving in to the temptation of evil french fries, doing distracting things while I'm driving (talking on the phone, digging around in my purse, scrolling around on my iPod, etc...).

List five things you like doing:
Hanging out with my family, playing local politics with smart people, surfing the net for fun instead of work, reading on my treadmill, watching good movies/tv.

List five favorite gadgets:
My powerbook, iPod, cell phone, popcorn air popper, and the gizmo a friend gave me that lists how many days we have left (barring an impeachment) until we're free of Bush.

Name one thing you like about yourself:
That I'm humble, but I can still think of more than one thing to put here. ;-P

OK, Alice and everyone. I've accepted the tag and picked five more people to tag- I hope they don't get mad at me for it.

If anyone wants to know anything about me, I guess you click on my blog. But I warn you, I'm not all that interesting.

Also, alice, and everyone- Of the five people I tagged so far: Anne Johnson who has a blog called The Gods Are Bored did the questions. I point this out because Anne also blogs with us at Appalachian Greens and is one of the most entertaining writers I've ever encountered. I think you, Alice, and your readers would enjoy her blog which you can find in my links section. How often do you come across a proud hillbilly pagan?!
